Susannah A. Stinson is an experienced family law attorney, who is board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Since 2003, Susannah has limited her practice exclusively to family law matters and she has handled hundreds of cases and represented a wide range of clients in divorces involving complex property issues, modifications, child custody, protective orders, prenuptial agreements, paternity, and enforcement cases.  In 2008, Susannah was selected by the publishers of Texas Monthly magazine for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition.  Recipients of this award must be under forty (40) years of age or licensed less than ten (10) years and only 2.5% of the lawyers in Texas have received this designation.

Susannah graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1997.  After graduating from law school, Susannah was employed as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General, and served as a Staff Attorney to the Honorable John K. Dietz, 250th District Court, in Travis County, Texas.  Prior to forming the Law Office of Susannah A. Stinson, she practiced family law for over six (6) years as an attorney with the Law Office of Becky Beaver.
